A sad update about an incident that took place on September 24 at 1:15 p.m. at Parliament and Spruce Streets. One of the two pedestrians injured in an incident involving a bicyclist has succumbed to her injuries.
Toronto Police Services are asking for the public’s assistance identifying the cyclist, who fled the scene before they arrived.

According to this video report on City News (citynews.ca), and this report in the Toronto Sun (torontosun.com), the woman who was killed has been named as Shirley Irving. Our condolences go out to her husband Ray, her family and friends.
