Event – Regent Park Redevelopment

Dear CRA Members,
Have you been wondering about the Regent Park redevelopment? Do you know what stage they are at? Have you heard about proposed changes to the zoning bylaw for the area?
On Tuesday May 7th the Cabbagetown Residents Association, in conjunction with TCHC, is hosting a meeting for Cabbagetown residents that will include a presentation on the proposed changes to the Regent Park redevelopment and a discussion of the application.
Tom Burr, TCHC’s Director of Development in Regent Park, will be presenting the material. You will have an opportunity to speak with TCHC staff, their planning consultant, and Daniels staff and ask any questions you may have.
The meeting will take place from 7:00pm-9:00pm at the Kiwanis Boys and Girls Club at 101 Spruce Street.
It will be an informative evening; we hope to see you there.
