Event – Environment Day at Riverdale Park East

To anyone looking to discard old electronics, paint cans, hazardous waste etc. there is a City of Toronto Environment Day on Saturday, October 1 from 10 am – 2 pm at Riverdale Park East (they usually park on Broadview Ave overlooking the park).
This is a great opportunity to safely get rid of a lot of difficult-to-get-rid-of items, and also pick up compost, rain barrels and other useful things.
