Community Environment Days – 2017

The City of Toronto has announced the schedule for this year’s Community Environment Days. These events are held around the city during the year and are a convenient place to responsibly discard unused and unwanted household items (batteries, paint cans, electronics etc.), to get some free compost and to learn about waste diversion initiatives.

We are fortunate here in Cabbagetown to have three of these events held nearby throughout the year:

Saturday May 6
10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Councillor McConnell
Lower Sherbourne (David Crombie Park) – along Frederick St. (south of The Esplanade)

Saturday September 16
