The City of Toronto continues to encourage all residents to keep staying at home and practicing physical distancing while out of doors. Come on folks. we’ve gotten this far. Hopefully it will only be a few more weeks.

HIGH PARK CHERRY BLOSSOM GOES VIRTUAL!

Based on the recommendations of the Medical Officer of Health to stop the spread of COVID-19 and save lives, the City of Toronto is working to make the High Park cherry blossoms available online during the upcoming park closure.

Have you heard about Captain Tom’s fundraising exploits in the UK? He’s 99 (100 on 30th April) and was nursed back to health from COVID19. So he set a goal to raise $1500 for the National Health Service, by walking up and down his garden 100 times. He ended up raising $50,000,000 and counting! He then recorded this song and it debuted #1 on the UK charts this week !
