The good people behind this year’s Blair’s Run are looking for street captains to organise teams of runners and walkers.

This year is the 35th anniversary of this annual 3 km mini-marathon that raises funds for the Cabbagetown Youth Centre and is held during the Cabbagetown Festival (1st weekend of September). 2 legs, 4 legs, strollers, walkers…everyone is welcome and there are prizes for fastest finishers in all age ranges, top fundraisers and largest team.

Note that the run will be held on the Sunday this year, rather than the Saturday.
