Adoption Council of Ontario FunWalk

The Adoption Council of Ontario (ACO) invites all Cabbagetowners to join its annual FunWalk fundraiser, which includes a tour through Cabbagetown and a carnival in Riverdale Park.

More than 6,000 children and youth need a permanent family in Ontario. FunWalk brings communities together with the vision that every child in foster care is adopted into a forever home.

The organizers promise this annual FunWalk “will be our best yet” with “Mad Hatter’s Party” as the 2017 theme. The walk includes “a one-kilometre stroll through historic Cabbagetown, leading to a themed carnival at Riverdale Park.”

Registration is $50/family or $30/individual.
