Dear Neighbours,

The House on Parliament would like to invite you to an open-house on Monday, February 4th from 6:30 – 8:30 PM. The management and their architect Monica Kuhn will share drawings and answer any questions that you may have regarding their patio addition.

In late November, the House on Parliament was issued a permit to build a small second floor rooftop patio with the following restrictions.

1. The patio must close at 11pm
2. There will be no music amplified sound at any time.
3. The walls of the patio will be 8’ high and soundproofed.
4. The permit will be reviewed in two years.
