Obviously, the fire in February 2016 that affected 2-4-1 Pizza, Spruce and Pipler (as well as the apartments above) was obviously a blow to those involved and the strip in general.

According to this post on their website from September 21, Pipler will not be returning to Parliament Street. They are continuing online for now and wanted to pass on their thanks to the various local businesses and residents who sent their best wishes to them as they worked to try and return to the street.
