I had assumed that permits for front-yard parking permits would be a challenge to obtain in our neighbourhood due to the Heritage Designation, but according to this CBC article there is a moratorium on all new front-yard parking permits throughout the old City of Toronto and an expanded ban for the rest of Toronto is being considered by City Council.
