No big city should harm its transit for cars, bikes or people, especially Toronto, which is dying from increasing congestion.
No North American big city should destroy its freeway loop system, especially Toronto, which has no intercity freeways that bisect it.
The Gardiner hybrid option is the only viable path forward for Toronto.
