Spring really is in the air! The Cabbagetown Residents Association and the Forsythia Festival Organizing Committee are busy planning the 44th Annual Forsythia Festival, Cabbagetown’s official welcoming of spring event, taking place on Sunday, May 3rd, 2015 with parade gathering starting at 10 am (corner of Winchester and Sumach), marching at 10:30 am, followed by activities in Wellesley Park from 11am to 3 pm.

This year, the parade will be led by the energetic and delightful Lemon Bucket Orkestra. Dress in yellow, bring your dog or bikes and come and walk with us. Then from 11 am to 3 pm at Wellesley Park, we will enjoy face painting, dangling doughnuts, amazing prizes, a delicious barbeque, a refreshing beer garden and so much more. If you have never been, this is the year to attend!
