Electricity Prices To Rise This Summer

If you are an electricity user, you might want to consider putting off that load of laundry until after 7 pm this summer… prices are going up on electricity for all time periods, but the largest leap (to 16.1¢ kWh) is for the on-peak period of 11 am to 5 pm on weekdays.

The estimated increase to a household’s average bill is $5.71 per month.
