This is slightly outside the Cabbagetown area, but fortunately not too far. The Toronto Tool Library has two locations, 1499 Queen St. W. and 1803 Danforth Ave., where people can obtain access to thousands of tools for a 5 day loan period. Tools are available for many purposes including home repair, bicycle repair, gardening and even high-tech including 3D printers.
