A resident has reported an attempted break-in to their vehicle last week (October 15) on Carlton Street, near to Riverdale Park. Fortunately, in this case nothing was taken but there was some damage to the windows. Here is their note:
A week ago Saturday morning I found that someone had tried to break in to my car. I was parked on Carlton close to the park. I live on Geneva. The tinted windows were scraped but they did not manage to get the window down. Sorry I did not report it. Nothing was taken. I think they tried to use crow bar to pull the window down.
