Sometime overnight between June 27 and 28, six vehicles parked on the east side of Rose Avenue, parallel to and one street west of Parliament Street, had their windows smashed.
The cars were parked on the block north of Winchester. A surveillance camera recorded video of the perpetrator, who walked up the street smashing each windshield as he passed by, but no identification has yet been made. Nothing was stolen nor was there any attempt at forced entry into the vehicles: it is being treated as an act of vandalism.
