Cabbagetown real estate market: 2016 review

Thumbnail image of report
Nick and Hilary at Sage Realty have published their 2016 review of the Cabbagetown real estate market.

The total number of transactions were down from 2015 and number of days that homes were on the market was up. To anyone who has been following Toronto’s  heated market, it will be no surprise that prices increased. The most eye-popping statistic in my view is the 26.37% average price increase over the past year for detached houses.
