Please see the attached PDF for details about a new neighbourhood initiative called, Cabbagetown Instruments for Change.
Deadline: August 30, 2012.
This is a four week only blitz to find all unused musical instruments in Cabbagetown a new home the Regent Park School of Music. We’re starting with Anne’s old clarinet that saw many performances and Kiwanis festivals.
Please check your basement, your shelves, and under your bed for that flute, recorder, trumpet or special drum kit that is gathering dust and consider donating it to children who will benefit tremendously from the gift of music.
Details of the program are in the attachment. Please take a moment to read what we have set up with the RPSM and feel free to share this with whomever you think may be interested.
Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions. We look forward to hearing from all instruments for change!
With sincere thanks,
Anne Pastuszak and Lynn Dionne
