A hat tip to our friend Doug Fisher for alerting us to this closure and the reasons behind it. The “Luminous Veil” suicide barrier is getting the luminous part that had originally been intended, after getting some funding from the Pan Am / Para Pan Am games.

6 am: Bridge Re-Opens To Traffic
